You can delete your account at any time directly in the app. When your account is deleted, your personal information will be removed.
What happens when I delete my account?
The following happens when you delete your account:
- All personal information (e.g. name, email, and phone number) is deleted
- Your data is anonymised and can no longer be linked to you
- Charging sessions, history, and transactions are retained only in anonymised form
Important:
Deleting your account is permanent, and your data cannot be restored afterwards.
How to delete your account
Follow these steps in the app:
- Open the app
- Tap the user icon in the bottom right corner
- Tap My details at the top of the screen
- Scroll down and select Delete account (highlighted in red)
- Confirm by tapping OK
Once you confirm, your account will be deleted immediately, and your data will be anonymised. This action cannot be undone.
