When you receive your Spirii charge key, it is not ready to use immediately. You first need to activate it in the Spirii Go app to link it to your account.
Once activated, the charge key becomes your simple way to start charging without using the app.
Before you start
To use your charge key, you must have:
- The Spirii Go app installed
- A Spirii Go account
- A registered payment method
- A Spirii charge key. Read more about this and how to order it here: Spirii Key - Your charge card for the public network.
Download the Spirii Go app
To use the charge key, you must first download the app:
Then:
- Create a user profile
- Verify your account via email or SMS
- Add your payment method, if not already set up (ex through a company deal).
You now have access to Spirii Go
How to activate your charge key
Follow these steps:
- Open the Spirii Go app
- Tap the profile icon (bottom right)
- Go to Payment methods
- Tap Add charge key
- Enter the charge key ID (found on the physical key)
- Tap Add charge key
- Add a payment method, if not already added
- Tap Activate
Your charge key is now linked to your account and ready to use.
What happens after activation?
Once activated:
- Your charge key is linked to your payment method
- You can start charging without using the app
- All charging sessions are billed automatically via your account
