What is good documentation for your installers? What do I need to send to your installers so that they have the necessary information to install a charger for me? Do you have any examples of good documentation for an installer?
Our installation partners need images/drawings to be able to assess the scope of your installation. Read below what good documentation for our installers can look like.
To be able to assess the scope of the installation and judge whether it complies with the Conditions for a standard installation, it is important that you have pictures/drawing of the following:
- The route you want the installer to run the cable through, between the switchboard and the desired location of the charger, so that they can see the distance - please write the number of metres from the switchboard to the desired location of the charger.
- A photo where your switchboard is open so you can see the components inside.
- Desired location of the charger.
- If replacing an existing charge box, send a picture of the current box.
It is important that it is a picture and not a video. Photos/drawing must be sent to the installer as agreed and instructed in the emails you receive from us when ordering, or as directed by the installer after initial contact.
You will automatically be connected to one of our installation partners when you order a charging solution through one of our resellers. They will also inform you about all of this when they approach you for the first time.
