When you have a service agreement with us, Spirii monitors your charger and solves any problems that may arise in connection with the use of the box.
It also gives you access to Spirii's technical support, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. ☎️
If the problems require a physical technician visit and the result of the visit is that the charger has functional issues, Spirii will replace the charger with a new one. 🔧
If you cancel your service agreement, the service on your charger will also be cancelled. You are therefore responsible for servicing and replacing your charger yourself if the 2-year warranty does not cover it.
