If you cancel your service agreement, you assume full operational responsibility of your charger. This means that any future repairs or replacements of the box must be organised and paid for by you. You will need to contact an electrician or the manufacturer of the charger to troubleshoot and fix the problem. 🔧
This also means that we will no longer enter your consumption on the charger in order to prepare and apply for a refund of the electricity fee for you. 💵
When you cancel your service agreement, we no longer maintain the charger in our system. This means that we will release the charger to you from our end, and you must therefore ensure that you are registered on the manufacturer's own platform, so that we can release the charger directly to you. This also means that you no longer have access to the charger via Spirii Go. 📲
If you are unsure how to do this, you must contact the manufacturer of the charger yourself. Please note that some chargers require a connection to an charge operator, which means that you must have a service agreement with a charge operator to whom we can transfer the operational responsibility of the charger.
Your service agreement has a binding period for 6 months from the start date. The cancellation period is then the current month + 1 month. Please note, that it is not always from the 1st to the 1st of the month, as your service agreement may have started during the month.

- Cancellation of the service agreement via Selfservice. Here you need to log in with the email you used to create the order.
You can also see your billing period on Selfservice, so you know when you can expect the cancellation to be completed.
