If you get a new email, new phone number, or a new card with new account details, you need to make sure these are updated with us, so that your reimbursement and any communication from us to you is not affected. However, there are some things to be aware of.
You can update your customer information with us in two places: In your app and on our self-service page. As it is two different products, it will not be updated in both places. Therefore, it is not enough to update your phone number or email in the app, if you also have a service agreement with us. 🪪
Phone number / Email 📱📧 If you need to update your phone number or email address, this must be done both in the app and on Selfservice, if you have a charger at home with an associated service agreement.
Address 📍 If your address is incorrect, please let us know to update it. Contact us by following the form below this article.

Bank account 🏦 If you have new account details, these must be updated on Selfservice. This will ensure that we pay the reimbursement to the correct bank account. When you update your bank account, you will receive any credit automatically the next time you receive your reimbursement.
Credit card details 💳 Updating your credit card details must be updated both in the app and on Selfservice (if you have a service agreement with us)
