With a service agreement, you get warranty management on your charger. If there are problems with your charger that require a replacement, Spirii will replace it with a new one and send the faulty charger to warranty management. If you cancel your Spirii service agreement, you will also lose your extended warranty on your charger. However, you keep the 2-year warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. More about cancelation here: If you cancel your service agreement
