Why is consumption missing from my reimbursement statement?
If you notice that one or more charging sessions are missing from your reimbursement statement, this is typically due to the timing of when the charging session was completed.
The reimbursement statement only includes charging sessions that are completed within the given period. If a session starts on the last day of the month but is not completed until after midnight (i.e., in the following month), it will not appear on the current statement. ⏳
This often happens with scheduled overnight charging. For example:
The charging session starts at 11:00 PM on the last day of the month.
The charging session ends at 5:00 AM the following day.
In this case, the entire session will be recorded in the next reimbursement period, because the full consumption is only known once the session is completed.
When will I receive reimbursement?
You will receive reimbursement for this charging session on your next statement, as reimbursements are calculated only for sessions completed within the applicable period. ✅
