What should I do if I move? Can I take my charger with me when I move my address? What should I do if I move away from the address with a charger installed?
If you change address, there are two things you need to consider in relation to your charger.

Bring charger to new address 🏡 If you want to bring the charger to your new address, you will need to call an electrician. You agree on the process and price with the electrician for dismantling and reinstalling the charger at the new address. This is completely out of our hands.
Once the charger is set up at your new address, all we need to know is the new address and the following information, which your electrician can help you with:
- Resistance to earth.
- Fuse capacity in amps.
- Whether you are eligible for refund of the electricity fee at the new address (read more about this here: Eligibility to receive a refund of the electricity fee).
- Leave the charger at the address 🏠 If you don't take the charger with you to the new address, simply cancel your service agreement with us. Read more about this here: If you cancel your service agreement.
