Where can I find my refunds? Where can I see the refund I've been paid? How can I find my refund statement each month? How do I find my reimbursement of the electricity fee / electricity tax?
If you have a charger and are eligible to receive a refund of the electricity tax, you will receive a reimbursement statement from us every month.
It is on this statement that you can see the consumption for the previous month, and also how much you will be refunded in electricity tax reimbursement. Please note, that a charge session you have started on the last day of the month, which finishes on the first day of the next month, will not be included until the next refund statement. All statements are sent to the email you used when you ordered the charging solution. The money will be paid to the bank account number you provided on your order. 💰
Unfortunately, you do not have the option to see an overview of your previous statements (we are working on simplifying this, so that it is easier to get an overview of these). All reimbursement statements are sent to your email, so if you want to see the previous reimbursement statements you've received from us, you'll have to go to your inbox to find them. 📫
