If you have a charger and are eligible to receive a refund of the electricity tax, you will receive a reimbursement statement from us every month.
The reimbursement statement shows your consumption for the previous month as well as the amount you will receive in company car compensation. Please note that charging sessions started on the last day of a month and completed on the first day of the following month will only appear on the next statement. The statements are sent to the email address you provided when ordering your charging solution, and payments are made to the bank account details you supplied. 💰
It is currently not possible to view a consolidated overview of previous statements. If you wish to access them, you can find all statements in your email inbox, where they have been sent. 📫
