How much money do I get back as a refund when I charge on my home charger? How much is the electricity fee refund?
The new rate as of the 1st of January 2025, which we can collect and pay out, is *0,716kr/kWh.
SKAT sets the rate for the refund of the electricity fee.
In the first half of 2022, it was set at 1.12kr per kWh with VAT included.
As of the 1st of July 2022, it was changed to 0.949kr per kWh with VAT included.
As of the 1st of October 2022, the rate was changed to 0.89kr per kWh with VAT included.
As of the 1st of July 2023, the rate was changed to 0,693kr per kWh without VAT included.
As of the 1st of January 2024, the rate was changed to 0,757kr per kWh without VAT included.
As of the 1st of January 2025, the rate was changed to 0,716kr per kWh without VAT included.💰

* 0.4 cent of the electricity fee (excl. VAT) is the EU minimum tax, which you are not entitled to receive in your refund. Therefore, you may read in some places that the rate is 0,72kr excl. VAT, but this is including the EU minimum rate.
