When you receive your reimbursement statement, you might be surprised that the last charge you made in the month is not included in the total consumption. This happens if the charge started on the last day of the month but was not completed until the following day, which is the first day of the next reimbursement period. This often happens when you used scheduled charging at night. If charging starts at 23:00 and ends at 05:00 the next day, the consumption you have had on this charge will count as your first charge in the next month. ⏳
Therefore, you will not receive a refund for this charge until the next refund statement, as the refund only covers charges completed during the calculated month. ✅
