Your charger is online 📡 In order for us to ensure a correct reimbursement, your charge box must always be online when you charge your electric vehicle. Find easy help in the article Charger is offline to check the Spirii Go app and see if your charger is offline, and how to get it back online.Â

Your bank account is correct 💳 If you have changed bank or account number, you need to update your account number on the Self Service page. Please check that we have the correct information so we can issue your reimbursement. When you update your bank account, you will receive any credit automatically the next time you receive your reimbursement.
- You are eligible to receive a refund of the electricity fee 💰 You must be eligible to receive the reimbursement, i.e. you must not have solar panels, wind turbines or electric heating that already qualify for a fee reduction at your electric company.
