My charge history is missing? I can't see my usage? It says there were no transcations this year?
Here you can read more about the possible reasons why you can't access the history on your private charger.
The most common reason for this is that your home charger is offline and your usage is not visible in the app. When the box is back online, all your consumption will be transferred to our system and displayed - this will not affect your electricity fee refund. 💵

Another reason may be that you are logged in with a different method than what you used in the first place. If you logged in with your email the first time and log in with your phone number the second time, it will not recognise you as the same user.
