Does the electricity prices in the app reflect what I actually pay to my electricity provider? Why is the electricity in the app different from what I can see on my electricity bill? There is a mismatch between the electricity price in the app and the overview from my electric company?
Electricity prices can be complex. They are comprised of various fees and time-differentiated tariffs in addition to the price of electricity that is paid per kWh of electricity consumed. 📊
In Spirii Go we use publicly available spot prices together with price information related to your charger location to provide you with an indicative price per kWh. Additionally, it’s possible to enrich the estimates by providing details about your personal electricity agreement. Price and product information in this case is based on information from Strømligning.
