See and download usage and charge history in the Spirii Go app

How do I view my charge history in the app? Where do I find receipts in the app? Where can I download my charge history?

In the Spirii Go app, you can easily and simply access your charging history. You can view your history from your private home charging box and from the public network. You can also download your charging history. 🖨️

See below how to view your Charging history in the app:

1. Tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap Charging history. Here you will see all your charging sessions.
   • If you have a private home charger, at the top you will be able to filter between public and home charging.
     
      
     
     
3. You can tap on the individual charging sessions to view more info about the charge.
   • If you tap on a charge made on the public network, you will be able to tap View receipt and see a receipt for that charge.
4. You can again tap either Consumed or Avg. Power to view the charging curve.
   
   
   
   

If you want to make a data extract of your charging history to export your charges, this can be done from Charge history 💾

1. Tap the document-icon in the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the filters you want to extract for.
3. Make sure that the correct email is used.
4. You will receive an email with a link to download your charging history as a CSV file.
