How do I start a charge in Spirii Go? How do I stop a charging session in the app?
To charge your electric vehicle, you must be logged in to the Spirii Go app. Download the app here:
We have made a video to showcase how to start a charging session in the app, and how to stop it again. See the video below:
Start charging:
- Sign in to Spirii Go. 🔐
- Find a charging location on the map, that you'd like to charge at. ⚡
(The black icons indicate that it is a location in Spirii's own network. The grey icons indicate that it is a roaming location offered by another operator, which can be accessed via our app) - A pop-up appears with the location. Tap or scroll up on the window, to access the charging location. ☝️
- Click on one of the available sockets or on the socket that matche the charger you are stading at. ✅
- Connect cable to car and charger. 🔌
- Choose a payment method and click Start charging, and then you are charging!
- If you haven't added a payment method yet, you can click MobilePay and add a credit card later.
Stop charging:
- Tap on your active charging session shown in the bottom of your screen.
- Your transaction opens and here you can see the current data for your charge. 📶
- Click Stop to stop charging.
You will then receive a receipt for the charge session, and you can now remove the cable from the charger and continue on your journey.
