How do I update my credit card details for public charging? How do I add a payment method in the app?

NOTE! If you have a Spirii Connect Service Agreement, you will also need to change your payment details on our Self Service. This is because these are 2 separate products that we are not allowed to reuse the card details for.
You can change, delete or add multiple credit cards in Spirii Go. It may be that you have a community card, company card or just another card that you want to use when charging at certain locations. See below how to update your payment details. 💳
- Tap the figure in the bottom right corner.
- Tap Payment settings.
- Tap Add payment method.
Add your desired card and choose whether it should be your default payment method. This way, the app will save your card and use it by default every time you need to charge. You will always receive a receipt after your charge and you can access your charge sessions in the Charging history section of your app. 🧾
