I can't see my charger in my app? After logging in, I can't access my private charger at home? How do I access my private charger?
Here's how to access your own private charger, that have been installed.
To be able to see and manage your usage on your home charger in the Spirii Go app, we need it added to your app. We always add 1 login automatically to your charger when it is created, and it is with the email address you used to create the order. So, you will automatically have access to your home charger if you make sure that you are logged in with the same email that you originally placed the order from. 🏡
If you can't see your home charger in the app, it may be because you're logged in with a different method than your email. You can log out of the app and log in with your email to access the box immediately. You can also write or call us, and we will add your new login to your charger. Once we've added your user to your charger, you'll be able to see it by tapping the house-icon at the bottom of the app or by searching for it in the search box at the top of the map. 🏠
If there are other users who need access to the same functions on your private charger (partner, family members, etc.), we only need to know the login (phone number or email) that person used to login with. Once added, they can see and control the same things as you in their own app. 📱
