I can't find the charge point I'm standing at in the app?
Here you can read about the possible reasons why a public charge point is not listed in the Spirii Go app.
If the publicly available charge point is not visible in Spirii Go, check that all related filters are reset in the top right corner of the app. 📲
If a charging station from Spirii is not visible in the app, it may be because the charging station is private, and you therefore need a voucher code or a private charge key to access and charge at the charging station. Spirii does not provide voucher codes directly to end users. You have to ask the owner, which is often housing associations, companies, etc. for their voucher code to their chargers. 🔐
This may also be because the partner providing the chargers (Clever, E.ON, Spirii etc.) does not offer the chargers via roaming. This means that you need to download their own software to get access to the chargers. You can read more about this here: Can I charge at other operators' chargers?
Do you still not see the chargers in the app or do you suspect it is an error that it is not listed in the app? Contact our support and provide the charger's address or ID number. The ID number is always located somewhere on the charger. 🆔
