How do I connect my Zaptec Go charger to WIFI? Can I change the network on my Zaptec Go? My charger is offline, can I connect it to my WIFI?
Here you can read how to connect your Zaptec Go charger to your WIFI yourself. This will ensure a stable network connection to your charger, if you find that the charger is struggling to connect to the 4G-LTE network in your area.
Before following the guide, make sure you have the PIN code for your charger. You can get this by sending en email Spirii at support@spirii.com. Once you have the PIN code, you can follow the guide below.

Install the Zaptec app and create a login.
- Download the Zaptec app from App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and create an account with Zaptec with your email. Please note, that you need to verify the email in the app before you can sign in. This is of course free of charge.

Configure charger.
- Turn on bluetooth on your phone.
- Tap the ... icon in the top right corner of the app. (Note, that it is important that you do not tap Create new).
- Choose Configure Products from the list.
- Hold your phone up to the charger, select your charger in the app and wait for the PIN code prompt.
- Insert the PIN-code you received from Spirii.

Setting up WIFI.

- Choose Switch to WIFI in the bottom of the page Configure Products.
- Select your wireless network in the dropdown list and enter the password for your WIFI.
- Tap Save or tap the disc icon in the upper right corner.
- To check if the charger is connected to WIFI, select Configure Products and enter the PIN again.
- If you do not see your WIFI network and IP address, repeat the WIFI setup process.
Extra info: The charger requires a 2.4 GHz connection, which all routers offer. If the box can't catch your WIFI at home, try moving the router closer to the box. Alternatively, you can purchase a repeater/extender that can extend your WIFI connection to the charging station. This ensures that your box is connected to the network and can communicate with our software. These are quite inexpensive to buy from an electronics retailer. 📡
