I can't communicate with my charger? My app says my charger is offline? I cannot start a charge session on my charger in my app?
Here you can learn what you can do about your charging station, if it has gone offline. An offline charging station can result in:
- You cannot operate the box or communicate with the box from your Spirii Go app.
- You will not be able to see the charging history of the charges you have made while the box has been offline.
- Any timed charging settings are not respected by the box.

This can be seen in the Spirii Go app by the network symbol on the box being red and crossed out, as shown in the image:
This results in the box not responding to the settings you set in the app. It can also result in charging data not being transferred, so it can be seen under "Charging history" in the app. To solve the problem, follow the steps below:

Switch off the charging box on the electrical panel for 5 minutes and switch it on again. ⚡
This will cause the charger to restart the firmware and software. Often this manual restart of the box can bring it back online. When it reconnects to the network, it will submit all offline charging history. So any charges you may have had while the box was disconnected from the network, can be seen in the charge history again.

If this does not solve the problem, or if you find that the box often loses connection to the network, even when you restart it, it may be necessary to connect the box to your WIFI at home. Extra info: The charger requires a 2.4 GHz connection, which all routers offer. If the charger can't catch your WIFI at home, try moving the router closer to it. Alternatively, you can purchase a repeater/extender that can extend your WIFI connection to the charger. This ensures that your charger is connected to the network and can communicate with our software. These are quite inexpensive to buy from an electronics retailer. 📡
