How do I connect my Zaptec Go charger to WIFI? Can I change the network on my Zaptec Go? My charger is offline, can I connect it to my WIFI?

Once you have the PIN code, you can follow the guide below.
Here you can read how to connect your Zaptec Go charger to your WIFI yourself. This will ensure a stable network connection to your charger, if you find that the charger is struggling to connect to the 4G-LTE network in your area.

Install the Zaptec app and create a login 📲
- Download the Zaptec app from App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and create an account with Zaptec with your email. Please note, that you need to verify the email in the app before you can sign in. This is of course free of charge.

Accessing the configurations ⚙️
- Turn on bluetooth on your phone.
- Tap the ...-icon in the top right corner of the app. (Note, it is important that you do not tap Create new).
- Choose Configure Products from the list.
- Hold your phone up to the charger, select your charger in the app and wait for the PIN code prompt.
- Insert the PIN-code you received from Spirii.

Setting up Wi-Fi 🛜
- Choose Switch to Wi-Fi at the bottom of the page under NETWORK SETTINGS.
- Select your wireless network from the list and enter the password for your Wi-fi.
- If you don't see your network on the list, it means that your charger can't catch your router's signal. Therefore, you need to improve the signal from your router to your charger so that your charger can catch the signal at home. You can get help with this from your ISP.
- Tap Connect when you have filled in the password to your Wi-Fi.
- You should now see that your network is listed under SAVED NETWORK.
- Should you need to put it back on the 4G-LTE network again, you can follow the same guide and select Connect to 4G instead.
- Choose Switch to Wi-Fi at the bottom of the page under NETWORK SETTINGS.
Please note, that you should not change or edit any other configuration settings from the Zaptec app, as these can cause errors on the charger.
