I can't access my charger? I can't see my charger in my Spirii Go app? The app tells me that I don't have a charger connected?
Read here what could be the reason why your Spirii Go app tells you that you don't have a compatible charger connected in the app, or that you can't see it on the map.
If you have a charger connected to our network, you will always be able to find it on the map in your app. It is marked on the map just like all public chargers, but instead of a lightning bolt, there is an icon of a house. You can also search for the address your charger is registered with to find it. 🏠
On the house icon at the bottom of the app, you can access your charger's smart settings. However, this is only available if you have a compatible charger at home. Not all chargers have access to smart settings. Some only work with Start/Stop functions. The most common reasons why it appears in your app as if there is no charger connected are:
- You don't own a compatible charger. Older or cheaper chargers are designed without access to smart settings such as timed charging. Therefore, you can only use the box to start and stop charging and view your charging history in the app. (See: See and download usage and charge history in the Spirii Go app)
- Your charge box has not been added to your app. As a standard, we always add the login that matches the email address you used to place the order. If you log in with a different login, the system will not recognise you as the same customer and we will have to manually add your new login to your charger.
