How can I see the price of my home charging sessions? What is the estimated price of my home charging? What is the price of home charging base on? How do I personalise my electricity provider?

The Spirii Go app now displays the estimated costs of your home charging sessions on the Charging Complete and Charging History screens. The estimated cost is calculated using your home charging consumption data, publicly available information based on your charger location, and electricity prices in your area. You can view a detailed electricity price breakdown by tapping the ℹ️ info icon on either the Home screen or the Charging Complete overview.

If you haven't added your personal electricity agreement, the costs shown in the app will be based on average electricity prices in your area. Further down in this article, you can see how to add your personalised electricity agreement, to reflect your electricity prices even better. 📊

Adding your personal electricity agreement details ⚡️💰

To enrich your home charging cost estimates, you can add details about your electricity agreement under the Home tab. The relevant details can be found on your electricity bill from your electricity provider. Some providers might also have this information in their customer facing app or customer portal. 📃

Follow the steps below to add information about your electricity agreement:

1. Open the Spirii Go app. Make sure you’re logged in and have access to your home charger. For more info on this, see: Access to your private Spirii home charger in the Spirii Go app.
2. Open the Home tab in the bottom middle of the screen.
3. Scroll down to Electricity Pricing settings and tap Add electricity provider.
4. Select your electricity provider and electricity product from the list.
   
   • If you selected a fixed price product, add your fixed price per kWh (can be seen on your electricity bill from your electricity provider).
5. Click Save.
6. The price overview will now reflect your personal agreement and show you an estimation of your charging cost from your usage on your home charger.

Once you have added your personal electricity agreement details you will see an even more accurate electricity price overview and estimated cost of charging sessions on the Charging Complete screen. 🧾

This is a tool used to get an overview of your estimated costs of home charging, and to get as close as possible to your expenses on home charging. It does not reflect your actual electricity costs paid to your electricity provider.
